I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Alicante, and I have to say, I was impressed! The location was perfect, right in the center, close to the beach and the promenade. I loved being able to explore the city easily. The staff here were fantastic, always friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and within walking distance of all the main sites. It was also conveniently close to the airport bus stop, making it easy to reach. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing really good customer service. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, with the rooms being bright, modern, and well-maintained.

I loved the smart design of the lobby area at Hotel Serawa. It created a wonderful first impression. My room was spacious and had a large, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was excellent, with a big shower and the option to close the door for privacy. I appreciated the ample closet space and the bench at the foot of the bed. The hotel's location was fantastic, just steps away from the esplanade and minutes from the beach. The reception ladies were polite and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and check out late.

The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance of the train station and in the heart of the city center. It is convenient to explore all the main sites and attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of options. The unique decor of the reception and bar area adds to the overall charm of the hotel.
One downside is the unstable wifi, which requires logging in for each session.
